Recent Contacts does not upload or export any of your data. All app logic is stored and ran locally on your device.

If you delete Recent Contacts, anything saved by the app will be lost.

That being said, if you use the export-to-csv functionality of the app, you can import* that data back into Recent Contacts at any time. (*coming soon!)
